EDCMS Portal integration

A recruitment portal consists of many moving parts handled by different people inside a university. Similar to how our gateflow allows different people to work on different section of one description, each "moving part" of a complete offer can be worked on and published independently. Marketing should not decide when a course coordinator is finished with her work and vice versa.

Controlled publishing

Edutorium Course Management System handles the publishing of the academic content. The presentation of each study can be worked on and published independently. Once the academic content is ready, the portal will automatically update and provide the needed links and buttons.

Consistent use of terms

One of the strengths of Edutorium Course Management System is how we can rely on consistent usage of common terms and names to avoid spelling errors. These terms will be carried over and updated automatically to the Recruitment Portal increasing quality across all systems.

They trusted us:

After a frustrating year of trying to get another CMS on the air, it was a great relief to enter into a cooperation agreement with Norweb. Edutorium had most of the systematics and capabilities we needed at BI, and where we needed more, Norweb's developers showed forward-looking and solution-oriented and with a great deal of flexibility. So we ended up with a product that was very well adapted to our processes and workflow
